Academic Life at Temple College Preparatory
Our mission is to help each student succeed academically by providing degreed teachers, using best teaching practices, coordinated supportive social and a positive productive educational environment.
- Student Life
- Science & Technology
- Liberal Arts
As our school programs continue to expand, we must address the need to modify our curriculum and programs. We are separating Elementary, Middle and High School programs so that each program is on its designated floor. Elementary students will now be housed on the first floor, middle school students on the second floor and high school students on the third floor. Our staff and programs are expanding to accommodate this new arrangement.
In addition, to provide a better and expanded Liberal Arts program after school band, piano and dance classes will now take place during school hours.
Internship & Dual Enrollment Programs
We are currently partnering with Edward Waters College (EWC) and Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) in developing opportunities for internship programs and one-on-one tutoring.
We are presently approved for participation in the “Dual Enrollment” program at FSCJ, where our students can complete college course credit while still enrolled in high school.
Student Nutrition Services
New Cafeteria & Hot Lunch Program
Immediately following the close of school we will begin the construction of our new cafeteria facility. Corporate donations has allowed vision to become a reality. The cafeteria will be constructed directly adjacent to the school.
